TMS provides consulting services including writing procedures for timekeeping, warehouse management, purchasing, inventory control, project management, etc. Our experience includes development of procedures to meet the strict requirements of the U.S. Navy and commercial entities.

We have developed bid packages for Warehouse Management Systems, automatic label application systems and multiple Navy shipboard systems. These bid packages included detailed project descriptions, diagrams, drawings, specifications, bid sheets, etc.

Many of our customers do not provide a detailed specification of the system that they envision. Our staff of analysts listen to the requirements and design a system that solves the customer's problems.
